Savera Hotel

I'm a student of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, and my university lost two of its children. A final year and third year student of my college died in the Savera incident. The new year was celebrated by many but not by those who were present at Savera Hotel. The stage that was set up above the swimming pool which collapsed due to over crowd and caused an utter chaos which left three dead.
Who should be blamed for this, the hotel managers or the one who took up the project of setting up the stage. Sentencing them or giving them any kind of punishment will be of no use, it wont bring the lost souls back. The Chennai police Dept. has to make sure that an incident like this never happens again.
